"Comprehensive, Flexible Underwriting with Trustworthy KPIs"

What do you like best about OneStopReal?

The system is very comprehensive while still being flexible. It lets me underwrite a wide range of investment scenarios and produces accurate, decision-support KPIs. When I used Excel for this, I often ran into issues with formulas and assumptions that weren’t always correct, or that had been carried over from a previous analysis. What do you dislike about OneStopReal?

I’d like to be able to move dashboard objects around. I understand this feature is planned for release in upcoming versions, but it would be a helpful improvement to have sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
