**What do you like best about OneSCM?**

I was able to readily implement the OneSCM because they were relatively easy to install. It enabled all periods inventory and supplier information to be held in one place. This made it easier for the quick searches and view simple reports.

**What do you dislike about OneSCM?**

Complex queries are difficult to execute at OneSCM and creating blended reports between different modules also presents some difficulties. This worst practice of data integration hinders the view and true picture of the supply chain.

**What problems is OneSCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With OneSCM, we were able to spot some important activities that involve data management basics. It has done away with fragmented information and has improved vendor interaction considerably.
