Its shipment tracking tool provides detailed, step-by-step visibility into each shipment, enhancing transparency and accountability across the supply chain. The platform’s ERP integration capabilities allow seamless data exchange—like shipment status, departure and arrival dates, and quantities—between OneChain and systems like Orli Web. Additionally, the "warehouse booking" module has been invaluable for managing scheduling and coordination across multiple warehouse sites. One Chain's customer support was outstanding throughout our implementation and beyond. Thus we had to wait for some releases. However, this actually gave us a valuable opportunity to participate in shaping new features.
