**What do you like best about ONE Discovery?**

Tagging works well, and the ability to use tags and sub-tags to create privilege logs.  

**What do you dislike about ONE Discovery?**

Many of the functions are not intuitive or user-friendly so use of the program requires a lot of training.

**What problems is ONE Discovery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Electronic document review in large-scale discovery matters is made much easier (really, the only way it is feasible) with a review platform like ONE.  By tagging documents during review, they can easily be identified later for specific witness prep or privilege log creation.
