Our biggest issue was site readiness, not technology. Power and network at half the locations weren&#39;t what the survey said, and the schedule went with it. A provider who does the site work themselves rather than coordinating it is worth paying for.

Honest flag, this category is thin on G2 overall. Inmarsat is the most established name with a real review base, worth evaluating directly for large enterprise IoT deployment support given the limited public review volume across the category.

Enterprise IoT rollouts tend to stall on physical logistics rather than technology. Getting an installer to two hundred sites, each with its own access process, power availability, mounting constraint and local contact who may not know you are coming, is the schedule risk, and connectivity provisioning per location sits alongside it. That is programme management work rather than integration work. Acuative being described as a single source for network deployment and project management alongside managed services is relevant because it puts one party in charge of that coordination. Worth asking who owns site scheduling and what happens when a site refuses access.
