**What do you like best about OnCoreHCM?**

Oncore HCM uses data to determine where employee should focus their efforts in order to support a healthy business culture and employee resiliency.

**What do you dislike about OnCoreHCM?**

Operating and setup cost is bit on higher side but still managable.

**What problems is OnCoreHCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing health and finance engagement scores, connectivity and resources.
