## About Omnipresence
Omnipresence is a sales force automation and field operations platform for FMCG manufacturers, brands, and distributors that sell through field sales teams. It consolidates beat planning, visit capture, order booking, attendance, expense management, and distribution workflows into a single connected system, intended to replace the mix of messaging apps, paper forms, and spreadsheets that field operations commonly rely on. The platform centres on a mobile app for field representatives that accepts voice input. Reps can record routes, orders, inventory checks, expenses, and attendance by speaking, and the app supports multiple languages. This is designed to reduce the typing and training that often limit adoption of field software. The mobile apps run natively on Android and iOS and are built for low network environments. An offline first architecture stores activity locally and syncs when connectivity returns, so orders and visits are not lost in areas with poor coverage. Organisations can model their reporting structure across Head Office, Zone, Region, Area, Territory, and Beat, with role based permissions at each level. The platform connects to common Indian accounting and ERP systems and supports GST compliant invoicing and E Way bill generation. WhatsApp integration is used to send order confirmations, payment reminders, and one time passwords. Credit limits can be configured per customer based on payment history, with automatic holds on ordering when a limit is exceeded. Implementation includes hands on onboarding support to help teams move their field operations onto the platform.

At the moment, there isn’t anything I dislike about Omnipresence.

**What problems is Omnipresence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve been running email campaigns, and this platform has been helping us schedule and manage multiple campaigns at the same time.
