**What do you like best about OmniAdvisor AI?**

What stands out most is how OmniAdvisor AI changed product discovery on our site. With a large catalog and many similar beauty products, search and filters were not enough to help customers decide. OmniAdvisor lets shoppers describe things like skin type, concerns, or routines in their own words, and then guides them step by step with relevant follow-up questions and recommendations.

The suggestions are clearly grounded in our actual product data, not generic answers, which helps build trust and makes it easier for customers to move forward. We saw significantly  higher conversion rates for users who interacted with OmniAdvisor compared to the standard shopping flow.

Beyond sales, the assistant also handles a large share of repetitive questions, which reduced pressure on our support team and improved the overall experience for customers.

**What do you dislike about OmniAdvisor AI?**

Because we chose to implement OmniAdvisor’s guided recommendation module, which goes much deeper than a basic support chatbot, the initial setup required some additional work around product structure and enrichment. This is not required for all use cases, but to get the best results for our store, we spent time preparing and organizing product data using the platform’s AI enrichment and product tagging capabilities.

That effort is closely tied to the quality of the recommendations, and once everything is live, the ongoing value clearly outweighs the upfront work.

**What problems is OmniAdvisor AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OmniAdvisor helps solve the problem of customers struggling to choose between many similar beauty products. With a large catalog, traditional search and filters were not enough to guide people to the right option, which often led to hesitation or drop-offs.

By allowing customers to explain their skin type, concerns, or ingredient concers  in their own words, OmniAdvisor guides them step by step toward suitable products. This improved how confidently customers make decisions, increased conversion rates, and reduced the number of shoppers reaching out to support for help choosing products.

At the same time, it gives us better insight into what customers are actually looking for through real conversations and questions, which helps us continuously improve both the shopping experience and our product presentation.

What we like most about OmniAdvisor is how it removes hesitation from the buying process. Our shoppers often need guidance to make a decision, and OmniAdvisor helps them quickly understand options and move forward with confidence. This had a clear positive impact on both conversions and average order value.

The setup was fast and straightforward. The platform felt intuitive from day one, and the OmniAdvisor team actively helped us connect everything, monitor real conversations, and fine-tune the experience as we went live. It never felt like a “set it and forget it” tool, but rather a sales assistant that improves with real usage.

Overall, it’s easy to use day to day and works well for an e-commerce shop that wants better sales results from AI without extra operational overhead.

Because OmniAdvisor goes deeper than a basic support chatbot, it requires some initial thinking around  how we want customers to be guided. That upfront work paid off,  but it’s not a completely plug-and-play tool if you want to get the best results.

OmniAdvisor helps us be available to customers around the clock, even when we’re not online or actively managing the store. It answers common questions and guides shoppers through the our products in a conversational way, so they don’t need to wait for us to step in.

This makes it easier for customers to explore products, understand their options, and feel confident moving toward a purchase. At the same time, it reduces the amount of direct support we need to provide, while still improving conversion and overall shopping experience.

OmniAdvisor AI is strongest at driving real sales impact, not just handling support conversations. The platform connects deeply with the product catalog and uses guided, conversational flows to help shoppers discover and evaluate products, which consistently improves conversion rates and average order value.

The built-in product data enrichment is a major advantage. By standardizing attributes and filling gaps in the catalog, it improves recommendation quality and reduces manual merchandising work. At the same time, the AI handles a meaningful share of repetitive pre- and post-purchase questions, which lowers support volume without degrading customer experience.

Overall, it works well as a digital sales advisor that also reduces operational overhead.
