The near real-time credit card transaction monitoring is a great feature for our shopping center loyalty program members, letting them get points for their transactions before they leave the store in most cases. Their customer support team is very responsive and helpful in setting up the program initially and diagnosing issues as they come up. They don't support American Express and it's difficult to monitor specific merchants to know when a merchant ID has changed and transactions are no longer bing monitored.
