Only kind of ERP as per my best of knowledge which provide you document management system. Here using this you can manage all your documents including media type some important digital documents as well. Along with that we can manage tags, create folder and also share it for signature. Features provided by this application is in wide range. So basically there aren't any negative point here to mention but one thing here I noticed is if you want to integrate this with default some odoo's apps these would be quite difficult one and not provided. As like suppose I have created a directory for sales document so if that is in Sales application and related to particular order that would be better. But sometimes this is not given which needed.
