Using Odoo Documents we can easily manage our all documents and we can also manage the access rights also. Odoo Documents have many stages and all the documents can be handled safely. **What do you dislike about Odoo Documents?** Odoo Documents is a very good documents management software, but this module should also be in community addition in Odoo. Here using this you can manage all your documents including media type some important digital documents as well. Along with that we can manage tags, create folder and also share it for signature. Even we can manage digital security for accessing document as well. **What do you dislike about Odoo Documents?** Features provided by this application is in wide range. So basically there aren't any negative point here to mention but one thing here I noticed is if you want to integrate this with default some odoo's apps these would be quite difficult one and not provided. As like suppose I have created a directory for sales document so if that is in Sales application and related to particular order that would be better. But sometimes this is not given which needed. **Recommendations to others considering Odoo Documents:** This would be great to use as this will not only reduce paper work but also manage all things in the system with just some clicks. Even we can share the details with colleagues and teammates within the system as well. **What problems is Odoo Documents solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using this resolved paperless document work and managed all the files very well by putting it here. This also allow to share with relevant to any outsiders as well so here we can manage who can watch what.
