TPG Telecom has been using the OCR Labs solution since 2019. Since deployment we have noted a significant reduction in loss from Fraud, particularly in our digital and telesales channels. OCR Labs have provided a high level of support, delivering a suite of product enhancements to improve customer experience and performance.
