**What do you like best about OCR Global Trade Management?**

This is web-based software and is being used for trade compliance with global screening. It is very easy to use. This software provide one window solution for global trade classification.

**What do you dislike about OCR Global Trade Management?**

Vessel tracking is an issue as marine track website provided us updated record and this software is not up-to-date with vessel IMO due to which vessel tracking is issue.

**What problems is OCR Global Trade Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In order to monitor business trade data globally was an issue and this software provides one window solution from pre to post shipment clearance also. Further, we can easily screen global compliance import and export regulation purpose.

Very simple with a very user friendly interface.

**What do you dislike about OCR Global Trade Management?**

Not able to update all my sites at the same time. Every time I need to add a new host, I need to do it on the 3 sites separately.

**Recommendations to others considering OCR Global Trade Management:**

Highly recommended and cost effective.

**What problems is OCR Global Trade Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are still awaiting for an update that allows the system to send notifications by email.
