Knowledge management of o9 solutions is not in depth compared to other software Also, user experience and user interface is quite confusing in general. I think simplistic views for users can make the software easier to use for multiple personas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about o( solutions is the end to end solution it provides in the space of planning. o9 takes care of all the steps in the process of planning and literally eliminates the need of legacy excel sheet for any planning and planning analytics requirements. The downside is that integrating it with the existing data sources is really difficult. One needs a really excellent system implementor to ensure that all the data is correctly and accurately brought into the o9 systems. If this is not done correctly and the planning outcome would not be correct due to the age old principle of "garbage in, garbage out" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
