So they should be working more the compensation part as here the package seems to be less than market standards **Recommendations to others considering MindTree Ltd:** Please working with them is great so I would suggest to always take up the opprtunity to be part of Mindtree or being served by them in any manners Whenever there is chance of getting involved or being part of such organization then you easily can proceed on the same in your futures Mindtree is having vast amount of domains tagged under the same umbrella so once you become the part you will surely get chance to learn exclusively **What problems is MindTree Ltd solving and how is that benefiting you?** Project architecture Technology stacks Domain Learning's Latest technical experience and support from senior Support from executive's Managers and HRs are very reachable Concern understings and working on them all of these really helps me a lot. Daily we use to utilise their resources just to highlight and getting the issue resolved immediately by the help of their in house testing teams. ### 4. During the project, I helped MindTree's client (Philips UK) to develop and launch. It's unique and first of its kind Full HD, free Preview, Conditional access free HD PVR box in European market. This project helped our customer deploy 1Million STB's in the UK region, and it was a great learning experience with a challenging work environment and the salary was also good as per market standards. Overall I enjoyed my stay at MindTree and the experience I learned from Mindtree helped me to crack Cisco System interview and landed me a good life. **What do you like best about MindTree Ltd?** I liked the Openwork culture, perfect talent pool, lots of learning scope, and recognization for the excellent work done by team/Individuals the most. During the project, MindTree always focused on work-life balance while keeping an eye on delivering a quality product on time. And also, management is always reachable for any personal/professional hurdle to give a helping hand. **What do you dislike about MindTree Ltd?** I wish I had stayed with the organization a little more. Working time and Bangalore India office is little outside, so the commuting time to the office is considerably high. **Recommendations to others considering MindTree Ltd:** It's a good organization when I worked with MindTree, and I hope it still maintains the repo and standard so far. Hoping so, I strongly recommend it to all. **What problems is MindTree Ltd solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was working on a Video project for a European client named Philiphs to deploy their product, and I helped to deploy the project on time with 99% error-free and this helped me to get CEO level recognization from the client and Mindtree as well. Also I was an active member of skill development of the team and new joinees, which helped me learn new technologies. ### 5.
