It makes locating a new replacement easy when it’s time to replace equipment due to time frame or faulty working condition. **What do you dislike about Nuvolo Connected Workplace?** It would be nice if it had a video conferencing software. **What problems is Nuvolo Connected Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Nuvolo Connected Workplace to keep track of asset inventory and work orders. It's easy to find information on historical assets and find replacements quickly when needed. ### 2. With the matured and relatively robust use cases for several common business needs, Nuvolo is a great turn key solution quickly delivers a mature solution that is a few quick adjustments away from fitting the environment needs while nudging towards to correct direction. All while having the flexibility to add as much complexity as needed. **What do you dislike about Nuvolo Connected Workplace?** There are several fields that have no logic pre-built into them. Some of the fields do have some automation and intelligence at the ServiceNow level and with that it is typically assumed that the same intelligence and logic would apply to the fields. The issue is that while these fields look the same, they are completely unique to the Nuvolo solution, absolutely disconnected from the larger ServiceNow solution. There have been at times some embarrassingly incomplete code that was pushed into the Nuvolo client environments that a code review would have caught. **Recommendations to others considering Nuvolo Connected Workplace:** Nuvolo is a great produce that does accelerate the maturity of an organizations asset tracking on all levels. If the party considering Nuvolo is ready for it, from a ServiceNow maturity point, Nuvolo will provide a very good ROI. **What problems is Nuvolo Connected Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main value add that Nuvolo has over its piers is that its as if it were an accelerator to what the clients need or want before the knew they needed or wanted that. With the matured (and still maturing) business cases that are turn key, they quickly provide value to anyone in the space. Explicitly calling out what they do best, they tracking all assets from a clinical, facilities and real estate perspective, with a very general definition on "asset". ### 4. Track all your Work Orders and know the status of each of them at a glance. **What do you dislike about Nuvolo Connected Workplace?** I can't think of any at this point. we are still in the early phases of the implementation, but so far it's a great product adding value to our Bio-medical team. **What problems is Nuvolo Connected Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lack of centralized control for biomedical assets and their maintenance.
