1. This application is straightforward to use.

2. Out of Box (OOB) features make it easier to configure and use.

What do you like best about Nuvolo Connected Workplace?

several fields "oob" that help prompt you to work in the best practice manner. With the matured and relatively robust use cases for several common business needs, Nuvolo is a great turn key solution quickly delivers a mature solution that is a few quick adjustments away from fitting the environment needs while nudging towards to correct direction. All while having the flexibility to add as much complexity as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nuvolo Connected Workplace?

There are several fields that have no logic pre-built into them. Some of the fields do have some automation and intelligence at the ServiceNow level and with that it is typically assumed that the same intelligence and logic would apply to the fields. The issue is that while these fields look the same, they are completely unique to the Nuvolo solution, absolutely disconnected from the larger ServiceNow solution.

There have been at times some embarrassingly incomplete code that was pushed into the Nuvolo client environments that a code review would have caught. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Nuvolo Connected Workplace:

Nuvolo is a great produce that does accelerate the maturity of an organizations asset tracking on all levels. If the party considering Nuvolo is ready for it, from a ServiceNow maturity point, Nuvolo will provide a very good ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nuvolo Connected Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main value add that Nuvolo has over its piers is that its as if it were an accelerator to what the clients need or want before the knew they needed or wanted that. With the matured (and still maturing) business cases that are turn key, they quickly provide value to anyone in the space.

It is not designed specifically for the Clinical Engineering field

It is a build as you go application that can be used by various organizations which takes away from the focus on any one organization

Excessive actions are required to process a work order

Requires constant saves before transitioning to another tab

Extremely clumsy time entry

No real time stamp for multiple entries
