Numa is part of our customer contact center, as it is set to answer every phone call not answered by a human.

**What do you like best about Numa?**

The ease of setup; I was able to deploy in less than 1 day.

**What do you dislike about Numa?**

I wish there were more pricing tiers because for the number of calls I receive this has a high marginal cost at $49 per month.

**Recommendations to others considering Numa:**

Use It, and you will be convinced to keep it.

**What problems is Numa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This makes sure that customers get a good impression on that first contact with us.

**Describe the project or task Numa helped with:**

Our campground had to alert visitors about new procedures due to Covid, survive a staffing crisis, and deal with a week-long phone and power outage. Numa enabled us to communicate with visitors/customers when we otherwise could not have. We are still relying on it extensively.

**What do you like best about Numa?**

Ability to text with callers. FAQ function. Super responsive Numa help desk.

**What do you dislike about Numa?**

Can't think of anything to criticize! Sorry!

**What problems is Numa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For staffing reasons we had to cut back our office hours, so Numa's ability to "chat" with customers means we have fewer calls to return. Huge benefit in customer service. Even if we have to return their call, we can assure them we will do so.
