**What do you like best about Nubitel CX?**

Coming from Sprinklr Service, it does feel a bit like a downgrade. That said, not everything is negative. For social, Nubitel CX captures Facebook’s own wall mentions, unlike Sprinklr.

**What do you dislike about Nubitel CX?**

The dashboard doesn’t offer custom widgets. Public and private posts aren’t merged, which makes things feel fragmented. The console also isn’t very user-friendly, and there aren’t any customizable rules or implementation options.

**What problems is Nubitel CX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It captures Facebook’s own wall and includes brand mentions. Also, at cheaper price for the solution. Comes with AI integration for smart responses.
