The system allows any member of staff / visitor to input any issues or improvement suggestions which can then be used by the management team in order to continuously improve. The service is great, you receive instant responses from the support team for any ongoing issues and they have a community suggestion portal for any ideas that can be implemented into future versions of Notify. From an administration point of view, the user management is difficult to manage. You cannot filter by location within the website. If you need to know how many people work for a specific location within your organisation you need to download a CSV of the userlist and then try to filter it that way. Also, setting up users permissions is unclear. There are a lot of options to choose from and it isnt obvious initially what they can do within the website.
I believe some tweaks are needed to the system on that front to make it easier / more user friendly however, after speaking with the team they have organised a meeting to discuss any issues and try to resolve any confusion which is very helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
