**What do you like best about Notify Technology?**

Primarily...It is simple and intuitive to use. It is well developed and offers some great solutions to get up and running very quickly and easy. It has a range of tailorable features and licencing set-ups, with various access levels easily established. Creating an organisation-focused approach allows for complete and effective reporting and investigation of events.

Audit planning is a doddle, as is setting up template forms and dependable questions. 

Any business could easily be up and running with Notify with very little impact on resources if needed, in a very short space of time.

The built in “Global Lists” are superb and new ones can be set up very quickly. The incident reporting module is a great reporting tool as well, with clearly presented dashboards that allow for easy interrogation and drilling down into data.

Notify support team are genuinely excited to help and always easy to get hold of. Account managers make life a lot easier too.

**What do you dislike about Notify Technology?**

The only thing I dont like about this system is that I did not find it earlier.

**What problems is Notify Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previous software's used have been ineffective and lacking in their ability to "do what it says it can do". Notify simply does what it says it can do.  

Notify has shown us within a couple of months that our previoulsy experienced extremely low numbers of hazards and near misses was not a true picture of our environment. One of our depots has now produced 6 near miss reports in 6 weeks, where as we would normally expect that in a year. Notify has made it easier for our colleagues to make teh required reports. Our high level reporting to board is now also made easier and quicker, given the dashboards and features built in to Notify.

**What do you like best about Notify Technology?**

I really like how easy it is to get support when it's needed with Notify Technology. Whether I use their help center and knowledge-based articles, or email or ring my account manager, I always have access to anyone I need in the support team. Whenever I have a query, they respond quickly, usually within a couple of hours. Even if the issue can't be solved right away, they keep me updated throughout. It was really easy to set up with the help of an onboarding manager and an account manager, and we were fully operational in about six weeks. It could’ve

Notify Technology helps us digitalize, moving away from paperwork. It ensures compliance across our estate by completing risk assessments and scheduling daily checks.

**What do you like best about Notify Technology?**

The system allows any member of staff / visitor to input any issues or improvement suggestions which can then be used by the management team in order to continuously improve. The service is great, you receive instant responses from the support team for any ongoing issues and they have a community suggestion portal for any ideas that can be implemented into future versions of Notify.

**What do you dislike about Notify Technology?**

From an administration point of view, the user management is difficult to manage. You cannot filter by location within the website. If you need to know how many people work for a specific location within your organisation you need to download a CSV of the userlist and then try to filter it that way. Also, setting up users permissions is unclear. There are a lot of options to choose from and it isnt obvious initially what they can do within the website.

I believe some tweaks are needed to the system on that front to make it easier / more user friendly however, after speaking with the team they have organised a meeting to discuss any issues and try to resolve any confusion which is very helpful

**What problems is Notify Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows you to track issues in real time and assign actions to people so that there is evidence of continuous improvement. It also allows senior management to view issues going on within the whole business, all of the information is in one place. It is a standardised layout and they just need to filter the location whereas previously, each different location internally within the business has different ways of working and it was hard to track issues and changes.

The business has recently switched to Notify for all our H&S KPI.

The software is simple to use and user-friendly. You can navigate all aspects with ease.

The team's proactive approach to the implementation was second to none. They are always on hand to help with any issues we have.

The team are building our features into the platform to meet our desires and tailor the software to our companies.

The MG team use this daily and it has been a seamless transition and integration in to our daily routine.

The incident reporting app is simple and easy to use and has resulted in a big uptake in incident reporting across our organisation.

Sometimes it can be less configurable that we would like. Certain aspects of the system are fixed, and we can change some menus etc that we would like to in order to suit our organisation.

**What do you like best about Notify Technology?**

The system can be as simple or as complicated as you want to build it - its so flexible to your business needs. We had weekly calls with the implementation team to discuss how best to build the system to fit our needs - it was as easy as that! 
We've only been using the system for 6 months but have already seen an increase in our observation reporting, more in depth investigations and some additional audits to support our sites. The reporting dashboards are informative and allow our sites to view however many sites they want or need to.
The support team for Notify are always on hand to answer any questions or queries and nothing is too much trouble (or no question is too daft!). Love using the system and the App gives us so much more flexibility for reporting.
Thanks again Notify for making my working day easier!

Notify has allowed us the ease of using a simple straight forward App/Dashboard to report our accidents/incidents quickly and easily. We are seeing more observations being reported across the business, with additional pictures for clarity, something our previous system didn't allow. With actions being assigned to individuals via email with suitable notifications, this also ensures accountability across the business.

Our Contract Executive, Jake, has gone above and beyond to understand our needs and how Notify can be tailored to help us ensure its use is successful. It hasn't been about selling us extra modules but understanding the way we work, how our organisation is constructed and the way H&S responsibility is delegated. We are able to refine who has the right licence to ensure that the contract is cost effective. He has also used lessons learnt from other contracts to help us gain a better understanding of what we can do.

Not specifically about Notify but a challenge has been raising awareness of Notify within the institution and getting staff to adopt it.

The team behind the system are very helpful and can advise you on getting the most from the system.  The system is ideal for accident and incident reporting and investigation.  The details have easily allowed the defence of potential claims, but have also assisted in the improvement of processes and procedures.

We have moved away from Notify as the organisation has expanded its requirements for a safety and security software system, that unfortunately Notify cannot supply.

**What do you like best about Notify Technology?**

Menzies Distribution Solutions needed to replace a legacy system and wanted something better, easier to use, easier to confirgure, and that would drive better engagement in SHEQ reporting across all levels in the business. 
From identifying Notify amongst other protential providers, through system build and go live support has been excellent. Their culture seems to fit well with ours, sales and development teams have been highly responsive and worked fast to get us up and running on some tight timeframes.
Feedback from opertaional teams has been very good so far compared to the legacy system and regards ease of use. We're already seeing much higher engagement in reporting safety observations and hazards using the app and web based systems. 
Teams who never used our old system for audits are now using Notify and enjoying the new tool and we are busy working on how further to use the system as part of our SHEQ Strategy. 
A great start and hopefully I can provide further good feedback in the future.

Nothing yet! Some system gliches during go live, many our fault, as we are bulding and learning have been ironend out quickly and effectively.

The simplicity of the system to use has helped to drive engagement within the business, with more staff finding it simple to use and the three ways to engage with the system very useful.  The support from the staff at notify has been outstanding from the start and they are always happy to support us in how to get the most out of the system.

**What do you dislike about Notify Technology?**

The system is able to provide incredible insights into the incident data that is put onto it, The ability to select and view data in a simplified multiselect way in the main incident management screens would be beneficial, sometimes the data you want is very simple rather than the in-depth options, Just personal preference i suppose and wouldn't stop me recommending the system

Notify is helping drive engagement and helping implement a positive health and safety culture, this is due to its simplicity of use and different ways to engage with it. 
The data analysis tools that it provides allows us to make the data work for us and allows us to be more targeted in our approach to continually enhance safety .

It's been great using Notify over the past three years.  The technical support has been excellent.   However, the main benefit has been the end user experience.   The app & web link has allowed our near miss reporting culture to thrive.   The accessibility to report and close out these events resulted in no negative feedback from our employees.  The back office data analysis also allowed us to identify areas where we need to target our resources.  All in all a great experience.

**What do you like best about Notify Technology?**

Quite simply ease of use.  We have been using Notify Incident Manager for a couple of years now. It has eliminated all the paperwork from the incident reporting process, and this has resulted in increased near miss reporting because it is so easy to use.  Users do not need any training as the whole process is menu driven, plus there is no procedure to remember.  Notify also have a very responsive helpdesk to support any issues, and they are also very proactive in seeking feedback from their customer base for product improvement.

There is nothing to dislike really.  We have had the odd minor issue here and there but mainly through user error, and the Notify team respond very quickly to help.

**What problems is Notify Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting incidents, particularly near miss reporting.  Near misses tend not to get reported because it involves paperwork and people don't have time, but this app makes it very easy and our staff are reporting near misses more because of this.

Notify is a very userfriendly platform, having the app makes it easy for all users to report on the go. Also being able to investigate and follow up on incidents in one place is great for keeping a trail of all actions and responses in one place.

Due to being in a large company there have been some issues linking with other systems but Notifiy have been great in providing support to find solutions and are developing so this may not be an issue in future.

Notify is simple for our employees to use via their mobile devices and enables us to react quickly to safety critical situations, and give quick feedback to our employees when they report.

**What do you dislike about Notify Technology?**

The increased reporting from the field increases the admin burden to analyse the data and ensure that preventive measures are implemented. This is great from a safety / culture perspective,  but needs to be understood when implementing the system / allocating resource.

Obtaining positive and negative feedback from employees was previously a challenge. Notify has simplified the process and facilitated engagement from employees with the reporting and continuous improvement process.

The visual presentation of the platform is appealing and clear. The staff are fantastic, they listen and act upon development ideas, they help swiftly with any questions or problems. I couldn't ask for more.

The system is really simple to use by our employees, the recent introduction of QR code access has improved reporting massively as noone needs to good hunting around our intranet for the link anymore.

To be honest there is nothing negative I can say about Notify Technology. The customer service is excellent. Requests are dealt with very quickly and I get regular update calls from the team

I don't have any problems with system, everything works fine. But i recently had a request for a bespoke upgrade and the team were able to create a solution very quickly.

The team working for notify are amazing, relativly new softwere to our bunissnes and still in the developmet stages but despite this the team are always avaible and willing to listen to the users feedback before updating and rolling out new versions/updates.

Nothing really most dislikes  are ironed out in very little time  as the app is currently in the developmnt stage and contiuesly eveolving.

All HSE data in one place, dashboards are excellent which saves a huge ammount ot time. Incident reporting is so easy to use and hugley beneficial to employees that work out in the field.

Cannot fault this platform, overall experience to date is excellent.

Regular system updates are notified, all to improve system.  Quick action on reccomendatons. Daily snap shot of due and overdue task, without having to log into system to keep you on track. Easy accident/incident reporting for all staff.

We are a new customer who have had a couple of minor niggles, that once discussed was sorted within good time.  Nothing that we dislike at this point in time

Quicker event reporting and action relay that is monitored and the dashboard analyses results for easier reporting.

I have used Notify for my business for a while now for incident reporting, mainly to capture near misses. It has allowed me to capture trends across the business and put plans in place to mitigate these going forward. The mobile app is extremely easy to use.

NotifyIM has really helped to promote the reporting of Near Misses. Very quick, easy to use and the App is free which is amazing due to the number of workers
