What do you like best about Notify Technology?

Primarily...It is simple and intuitive to use. It is well developed and offers some great solutions to get up and running very quickly and easy. It has a range of tailorable features and licencing set-ups, with various access levels easily established. Creating an organisation-focused approach allows for complete and effective reporting and investigation of events.

Audit planning is a doddle, as is setting up template forms and dependable questions.

Any business could easily be up and running with Notify with very little impact on resources if needed, in a very short space of time.

The built in “Global Lists” are superb and new ones can be set up very quickly. The incident reporting module is a great reporting tool as well, with clearly presented dashboards that allow for easy interrogation and drilling down into data.

Notify support team are genuinely excited to help and always easy to get hold of. Account managers make life a lot easier too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Notify Technology?

The system allows any member of staff / visitor to input any issues or improvement suggestions which can then be used by the management team in order to continuously improve. The service is great, you receive instant responses from the support team for any ongoing issues and they have a community suggestion portal for any ideas that can be implemented into future versions of Notify. What do you dislike about Notify Technology?

From an administration point of view, the user management is difficult to manage. You cannot filter by location within the website. If you need to know how many people work for a specific location within your organisation you need to download a CSV of the userlist and then try to filter it that way. Also, setting up users permissions is unclear. There are a lot of options to choose from and it isnt obvious initially what they can do within the website.

I believe some tweaks are needed to the system on that front to make it easier / more user friendly however, after speaking with the team they have organised a meeting to discuss any issues and try to resolve any confusion which is very helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Notify Technology?

The business has recently switched to Notify for all our H&S KPI.

The software is simple to use and user-friendly. You can navigate all aspects with ease.

The team's proactive approach to the implementation was second to none. They are always on hand to help with any issues we have.

The team are building our features into the platform to meet our desires and tailor the software to our companies.

What do you like best about Notify Technology?

The system can be as simple or as complicated as you want to build it - its so flexible to your business needs. We had weekly calls with the implementation team to discuss how best to build the system to fit our needs - it was as easy as that!

We've only been using the system for 6 months but have already seen an increase in our observation reporting, more in depth investigations and some additional audits to support our sites. The reporting dashboards are informative and allow our sites to view however many sites they want or need to.

The support team for Notify are always on hand to answer any questions or queries and nothing is too much trouble (or no question is too daft!). Love using the system and the App gives us so much more flexibility for reporting.

Our Contract Executive, Jake, has gone above and beyond to understand our needs and how Notify can be tailored to help us ensure its use is successful. It hasn't been about selling us extra modules but understanding the way we work, how our organisation is constructed and the way H&S responsibility is delegated. We are able to refine who has the right licence to ensure that the contract is cost effective. What do you like best about Notify Technology?

The team behind the system are very helpful and can advise you on getting the most from the system. The system is ideal for accident and incident reporting and investigation. What do you like best about Notify Technology?

Menzies Distribution Solutions needed to replace a legacy system and wanted something better, easier to use, easier to confirgure, and that would drive better engagement in SHEQ reporting across all levels in the business.

From identifying Notify amongst other protential providers, through system build and go live support has been excellent. Their culture seems to fit well with ours, sales and development teams have been highly responsive and worked fast to get us up and running on some tight timeframes.

Feedback from opertaional teams has been very good so far compared to the legacy system and regards ease of use. We're already seeing much higher engagement in reporting safety observations and hazards using the app and web based systems.

Teams who never used our old system for audits are now using Notify and enjoying the new tool and we are busy working on how further to use the system as part of our SHEQ Strategy.

The simplicity of the system to use has helped to drive engagement within the business, with more staff finding it simple to use and the three ways to engage with the system very useful. What do you dislike about Notify Technology?

The system is able to provide incredible insights into the incident data that is put onto it, The ability to select and view data in a simplified multiselect way in the main incident management screens would be beneficial, sometimes the data you want is very simple rather than the in-depth options, Just personal preference i suppose and wouldn't stop me recommending the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Notify Technology?

It's been great using Notify over the past three years. The technical support has been excellent. However, the main benefit has been the end user experience. The app & web link has allowed our near miss reporting culture to thrive. The accessibility to report and close out these events resulted in no negative feedback from our employees.
