The team's proactive approach to the implementation was second to none. They are always on hand to help with any issues we have. The team are building our features into the platform to meet our desires and tailor the software to our companies. The MG team use this daily and it has been a seamless transition and integration in to our daily routine.

Primarily...It is simple and intuitive to use. It is well developed and offers some great solutions to get up and running very quickly and easy. It has a range of tailorable features and licencing set-ups, with various access levels easily established. Creating an organisation-focused approach allows for complete and effective reporting and investigation of events. Audit planning is a doddle, as is setting up template forms and dependable questions. Any business could easily be up and running with Notify with very little impact on resources if needed, in a very short space of time. The built in “Global Lists” are superb and new ones can be set up very quickly. The incident reporting module is a great reporting tool as well, with clearly presented dashboards that allow for easy interrogation and drilling down into data. Notify support team are genuinely excited to help and always easy to get hold of. Account managers make life a lot easier too.

The system allows any member of staff / visitor to input any issues or improvement suggestions which can then be used by the management team in order to continuously improve. The service is great, you receive instant responses from the support team for any ongoing issues and they have a community suggestion portal for any ideas that can be implemented into future versions of Notify.
