They are passionate about salesforce and are always willing to help

**What do you dislike about Nonprofits 101?**

Sometimes it takes a few times to get the answers I am looking for.

**Recommendations to others considering Nonprofits 101:**

I would highly recommend training the service representatives more on the product. They are extremely helpful and friendly and looking to help, but they need more hands on time with the product. I do understand that they are just launching, but I would like to see a more solid knowledge of everything.

**What problems is Nonprofits 101 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me use and train my employees on how to use salesforce.
