Recommendations to others considering Nonprofits 101:

I would highly recommend training the service representatives more on the product. They are extremely helpful and friendly and looking to help, but they need more hands on time with the product. I do understand that they are just launching, but I would like to see a more solid knowledge of everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
