I wish there were a feature that would let us take control of someone else’s screen, similar to what we can do in Microsoft Teams during meetings. It would make tasks easier and the experience more engaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Nonillion for virtual meetings and remote collaboration, and what stands out to me is how effectively it supports natural, dynamic teamwork. Our team's productivity has noticeably improved due to the platform's thoughtful design, which allows us to easily move between sub-meetings and switch contexts without disrupting the flow of conversation. The straightforward and clear interface also made onboarding much easier for team members who aren't very tech-savvy. As a result, our meetings have become more productive, and we've seen an increase in both the frequency and effectiveness of informal brainstorming sessions. There’s little to criticize overall, as everything functions smoothly. However, I think the advanced features would benefit from more guidance or step-by-step walkthroughs. Clearer tips or practical examples would help teams fully utilize the more powerful options. Additionally, when managing complex sessions with multiple sub-groups, having a few more controls or preset configurations would make the process even more seamless. Nonilion provides a clean and user-friendly platform with a smooth onboarding process. The interface is intuitive, and the overall workflow is easy to understand, even for beginners. I also liked the responsiveness of the platform and how tasks/features are organized clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some features could use better documentation or guidance, especially for first-time users. There are minor performance lags at times, and a few advanced options feel limited or underdeveloped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
