&lt;p&gt;If the team already lives in Microsoft 365, I think Decisions AI’s native integration can outweigh some manual review. But if action-item accuracy is the priority, I’d still lean toward Fellow since less cleanup matters more than ecosystem fit.&lt;/p&gt;
