## About NobleAI

Noble connects your prospects with people they already know who are happy users of your product for a genuine word of mouth conversation. Our product sits directly on your website, and can also be used in outbound emails, allowing your prospects to easily use it while they&#39;re evaluating your platform. The way it works is: - Vendors sign up for Noble and provide a list of their happy customers - They then add our script to their website that enables the banner for prospects to engage with - Prospects engage with Noble by providing their LinkedIn profile URL - Behind the scenes, Noble&#39;s engineering team has built a robust recommender model that is 90% accurate, showing the prospects which of your happy customers they know - From there, the prospect can reach out directly on LinkedIn or email to spark a word of mouth conversation with someone they know - Noble then provides buyer intent data back to the vendor, as well as follows up with the prospect to encourage them to book a demo with the vendor

**What do you like best about NobleAI?**

Noble makes it incredibly easy for prospects to discover people in their network who are happy customers of ours. Prospects who use Noble on our website are much more likely to convert (~12% conversion rate). 

This is the most buyer-centric approach to making connections because it puts all the control in your buyer's hands - you're helping them expedite research they would've already done in a private Slack group, text message, LinkedIn DM, etc.

Implementation was a breeze and their team is great to work with.

**What do you dislike about NobleAI?**

As of this review (Sept 2024), Noble doesn't have an easy way to "self service" how the widget behaves (styling, copy, etc). That said, their team is quick to make requested updates.

**What problems is NobleAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for easy ways to connect prospects with existing customers in an effort to increase down-funnel conversion rates and expeditate sales cycles. Noble's approach is exactly what we were looking for and has delivered on that promise.

**What do you like best about NobleAI?**

Almost every marketing team I've been on has always had one with - how do we connect more customers to prospects. Sure, there are roundtable webinars and events, but what if your ICP is a technical hermit crab type? Noble gives an easy way for prospects to see who is using the product and connect with them virtually through their own trusted network.

**What do you dislike about NobleAI?**

For us, we did not have a clearly defined pool of opted-in for testimonial audience from our customer base so the biggest challenge has been going back and getting permissions to list someone as a customer. Might not be a challenge everywhere but with a fairly stringent legal team it can be a challenge (although I hear this is something they're currently addressing!)

**What problems is NobleAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Noble is able to connect our customer and prospect base by using their own networks. This also helps because it isn't just some random person the company got to hop on a webinar, but it is someone they are familiar with. This super charges the word of mouth recommendations because we all know in marketing nobody wants to be the guinea pig first time user of a product or tool.

**What do you like best about NobleAI?**

While it takes a bit of time (& traffic) to start to see results, once people are familiar with Noble on your website & use it as part of their buying process, the results have been fabulous. More and more people are booking demos after having used Noble which was our goal. It was incredibly easy to get setup and the support from the team in getting us launched has been fantastic.

**What do you dislike about NobleAI?**

It does take some time to understand what customers you want represented via Noble and ensure that list is up to date for the Noble team. But it's fairly smooth sailing once you're over that initial customer hurdle.

**What problems is NobleAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outside of static website content, we've never had a way for sharing customer results with prospects before they book a demo. It's just the way people buy now - they want to know what your website says is actually what your product does. So they ask friends, Slack groups, communities etc. This solved that problem by allowing us to control and scale the ability for prospects to connect with our current customers.

**What do you like best about NobleAI?**

Noble is an exceptional product that has been proven to help expedite the sales cycle organically. The folks at Noble are genuine and as an early customer, they've prioritized the customizations of our specific needs. The product itself is incredibly easy to use from an ender user perspective and gives our team insights to who may be intersted in us. The setup and integration was incredibly smooth. Incredible partners!
