NITRO Studio is a no-code/low-code business process automation platform built natively for Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint. It enables organizations to design custom forms, automate workflows, and build powerful business applications with minimal to no code, replacing legacy tools like InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, and Lotus Notes. The platform features a WYSIWYG Forms Designer with drag-and-drop controls that creates dynamic, responsive forms with conditional logic, tabs, sections, themes, and permissions. The Visual Workflow Designer provides a drag-and-drop interface to build complex workflows with triggers, timers, branching logic, and multiple action types. Additional components include Custom Actions, Advanced Approvals, Email Manager, Email and Text Sync, List Rollup, List Search, List Formatting, Linked Items, and self-service NITRO Portals, giving organizations a comprehensive toolkit to automate virtually any business process. Native Microsoft Teams integration allows users to submit and manage requests without leaving Teams, with support for Teams bots and adaptive card notifications. Single Sign-On through Microsoft 365 and SharePoint ensures secure, one-click access for all users. Optional AI-powered features including NITRO Copilot, AI Actions, and AI Workflows help teams classify requests, summarize conversations, generate draft responses, and automate routine tasks, reducing workload and improving response times. NITRO Studio powers all of Crow Canyon's applications including IT and HR help desks, service desk, asset management, purchase requests, and request management, making it the foundation for the entire Crow Canyon product portfolio. All data stays within your Microsoft 365 tenant, ensuring full control over data residency, security, and compliance. Deployment includes SharePoint On-Premises (including connected and air-gapped environments), SharePoint Online, and Azure-hosted deployments, including commercial, GCC, and GCC High environments (customer-hosted for GCC and GCC High). Flat-rate licensing with no per-user fees supports unlimited forms, workflows, and sites. A 30-day free trial is available, with discounts for non-profits, government, and educational institutions.
