Customers are able to view the menu with descriptions and pictures. They are able to make changes quickly and check out online. **What do you dislike about NinjaOS for Restaurants?** It is still a young application so it has its quirks and bugs. A few times the customers were not able to view their orders (server) issues. But within a few minutes NinjaOS was able to fix it. **What problems is NinjaOS for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for software that was able to combine the ordering process with customer loyalty. There are tons of software titles out there but they are not housed under the same roof. ### 4. The utilities that allow you to create your own menus, categories, descriptions, and preferred items makes developing your own restaurant ordering platform very intuitively and quickly. I have yet to see another suite of utilities quite like NinjaOs as the have cornered the market when it comes to in-house food menu systems **What do you dislike about NinjaOS for Restaurants?** There isn't much I dislike about the platform as all of the tools you need to create your menus come with the suite of software and it's only a matter of picking the right plugin for the job. The learning curve of NinjaOs is a tiny bit cumbersome at first, but after just an hour or so you can make a virtual restaurant menu that will wipe the floor with any other application suite that exists in this market. **Recommendations to others considering NinjaOS for Restaurants:** I have no recommendations other than try NinjaOS and see just how easy it is to integrate this software into your restaurant and catering business as you will be over the moon with how easy and versatile the software is to use with your current setup. It makes all jobs easier, from ordering food in a digital format all the way to integrating your income into accounting software with complete ease and perfect accuracy. There's just no other suite like it. **What problems is NinjaOS for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?** NinjaOS easily allows restaurant and food-chains alike to create a technologically superior menu to any other platform on the market and allow customers easily to order whichever food items they want and have it ready to be picked up, delivered, or even paid for with just a few simple taps on an electronic device and help create an environment where ordering food takes only seconds instead of minutes and will most certainly help food establishments with their ordering systems and be able to promptly have orders queued up in their system in an orderly fashion, and in turn it makes the kitchen's job significantly easier to prepare the food for the customer in a very quick and painless procedure.
