The auto-replies are obviously auto-replies, but I don't think that bothers anyone. The automatic Facebook posting to immediately leverage new reviews is great. There are features I don't use, but the only challenge to using NiceJob the way we do is that it is somewhat replaceable. It is a blend of know what to say to the customer and when, and while they have it figured out, others do too. But I don't really have any negatives about working with NiceJob.
