What problems is NextQ solving and how is that benefiting you?
NextQ replaces paper registers and scattered spreadsheets. Before, we lost time writing names by hand, struggled to read handwriting, and spent hours typing lists up afterwards. Now people sign in by scanning a QR code on their own phone, or on a tablet at the door. The time and signature are recorded automatically.
The biggest benefit is having accurate numbers while the event is still happening. The dashboard shows who has arrived and how many have signed in, and signed registers can be downloaded as a PDF or Excel file straight away. That saves us hours and gives us proof of attendance for audits and clients.
It also works when the signal is poor, because devices keep capturing and send the entries when the connection returns. Every form has a POPIA consent line, so we are comfortable with how personal information is handled.
