NextQ is a South African registry platform that replaces paper registers with digital sign in on three connected platforms. People sign in on their own phones by scanning a QR code, or on a tablet register at the door. Organisers follow attendance live and download signed registers on the dashboard from any laptop.
Each entry records a name, contact details, a signature and the time automatically. Tablets and phones keep working without data and send entries when the connection returns. Every form carries a POPIA consent line, access is controlled by role, and every action is kept in an audit trail. Data can be exported to Excel or PDF at any time.
NextQ is used for staff transport trip sheets with driver and security apps, visitor and residential registers, crèche and school attendance, events, branch and community meetings, and small businesses such as car washes and food sellers that want to keep a customer list. It includes live dashboards, client portals, invoicing, newsletters and automatic thank you emails.
