It also offers multiple easy ways to communicate with customers directly through the platform, which saves me time and streamlines my day-to-day work. The integration with QuickBooks made for a seamless transition, and we’ve been able to increase our sales thanks to many of the built-in tools. **What do you dislike about NEX?** Nothing, anything that I need changed or fixed is done. **What problems is NEX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sophie at NEX is constantly solving problems for me, she makes herself available whenever I need. She has helped me increase productivity across my multiple businesses. ### 2. I also appreciate that the company is approachable and easy to work with. Even though the initial setup wasn't super easy, our assigned consultant held our hand through it all. **What do you dislike about NEX?** The accounting/bookkeeping module has some quirks, a lot of which are due to limitations from QuickBooks. It handles purchasing, sales, shipping, invoicing, documentation, and archiving all in one software. In addition, CRM, reporting and KPI analysis opportunities are endless. ### 3. I also love how it automates inventory purchasing and allocation, which makes the whole process feel smooth and connected. **What do you dislike about NEX?** No “fancy graphs,” but it gives me the tools I need to do that outside of NEX (Excel, Power BI, etc.). **What problems is NEX solving and how is that benefiting you?** The workflow is incredible. It makes it easy to automate customer and supplier follow-ups, reminders, tasks, and more.
