I also don't like that I cannot call 800 numbers from it. **What problems is Newt solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am not solving any problems as I am not the administrator. ### 2. It's a powerful tool that allows us to complete our job with accuracy and efficiency **What do you dislike about Newt?** Nothing - it's a fantastic product that I recommend to many clients of mine **What problems is Newt solving and how is that benefiting you?** I manage a Call Centre with 45 clients. We also use it for the business.
