**What do you like best about Netverge?**

All-in-one platform that takes the best parts of various different platforms we've used in the past, and puts them all into one great product. It also has a sleek, modern, interface, and is constantly being improved and expanded upon every single day!

**What do you dislike about Netverge?**

Sometimes loading lists/assets/services/contacts/etc can be a bit slow. Simple actions of that nature seem to be a bit slower than they should be (compared to other platforms). Occasional interface/visual bugs, but those are being ironed out with each new update.

**What problems is Netverge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of having to jump back and forth between many different platforms, and consolidates them all into one. It also has the extremely helpful benefit of being able to build agentic AI agents within the platform, which can be used to automate lower level tasks and greatly reduce workload so we can focus on more critical issues. The monitoring and sensors are also extremely comprehensive, so we can catch problems ASAP, often before the customers even notice that anything is wrong.
