Netverge made me actually enjoy working in support. The UI is sleek and reactive, and surprisingly customizable. The team are also very responsive when it comes to bug reports and feature requests, which I appreciate a lot! Most importantly, though, a lot of the grunt work (documentation, monitoring) has been greatly simplified thanks to NV. Its ability to handle a lot of level 1 troubleshooting and discovery entirely on its own (thanks to Fortigate/Unifi/Meraki/AWS API integrations) gives me so much breathing room during the day to focus on tickets that require more of my immediate attention. I can actually focus on learning new things and solving complex tickets without the background noise of lower level tickets. Thank you Netverge!!!
