I also have full ability to refine what websites they view and have access to on a day to day basis. I use this program every day, from the minute I get to school until the minute I leave. I don't have to continually work on it. Once I have it set up, it works on its own without extra help. When I have had issues, I have been able to get help and answers quickly from the support team. **What do you dislike about NetSupport School?** There are certain websites that are hard to control. For me, it is that my students have to have access to Google features for our educational purposes, but I can't keep them from accessing games that are part of Google without individually closing them out. **What problems is NetSupport School solving and how is that benefiting you?** My classroom is set up in a flexible seating arrangement, with computers organized in pods. I cannot see every computer at any time without using NetSupport School. Now I am able to see all of my students at once, even if they are choosing to sit in a corner where they think I am not paying attention! ### 2. Sometimes the students complain that their program is too slow. This might be due to other issues on our network. **Recommendations to others considering NetSupport School:** I like this program for school setting; students are aware of the use and likely avoid getting off task because they know of the monitoring capability. The ability to help students without the need to be right beside then that to the remote control. Support for multi screen desktops is also good. **What do you dislike about NetSupport School?** Sometimes it lags when I try to show my screen to the class, although I think is a hardware problem, no sure yet. The recollection of file could be better since it does not recollect folder, only files. The test generator is not very good. The games and rewards system is solid but it could be better o it could allow the teachers the options to create on of them own. **Recommendations to others considering NetSupport School:** Just try it, I think is the better option in the market right now. **What problems is NetSupport School solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has allowed me to have more dynamic classes and better awareness of what students are doing. It has also solve several problems when a mouse or keyboard malfunction since I can 100% control any computer in the classroom. We have installed it on teacher computers to monitor and control student lab computers. I am able to lock students' keyboards and mice if needed. I can see what students are all doing all at once. **What do you dislike about NetSupport School?** Net Support does not allow me to block websites on Google Chrome or lock students out of the internet (block internet access) with the Google Chrome web browser for some reason.
