I appreciate that I can see all of my student's screens at once and can help them individually without having to disrupt the entire class. I also have full ability to refine what websites they view and have access to on a day to day basis. I use this program every day, from the minute I get to school until the minute I leave. I don't have to continually work on it. Once I have it set up, it works on its own without extra help. When I have had issues, I have been able to get help and answers quickly from the support team. There are certain websites that are hard to control. For me, it is that my students have to have access to Google features for our educational purposes, but I can't keep them from accessing games that are part of Google without individually closing them out. Technical support has been exceptional. Whenever I encounter an issue, I can count on a prompt response and dedicated assistance until everything is resolved. Sometimes when we want to use netsupport the program takes too long to load and seems "clunky". Sometimes the students complain that their program is too slow. This might be due to other issues on our network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to control almost all parts of the interface and resources of the student's computer and the ability to distribute large files to many computers. Sometimes it lags when I try to show my screen to the class, although I think is a hardware problem, no sure yet. The recollection of file could be better since it does not recollect folder, only files. The test generator is not very good. The games and rewards system is solid but it could be better o it could allow the teachers the options to create on of them own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a great tool for us in a classroom environment. We have installed it on teacher computers to monitor and control student lab computers. They're able to launch specific programs on the requested computers as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
