**What do you like best about Netkiosk?**

The product worked for a while, but recently it has been impossible to contact the company.

**What do you dislike about Netkiosk?**

The product costs $4,99 per month, which used to be deducted from my creditcard every month. Recently, they started to deduct ever growing amounts multiple times a month. In the last 3 months, they have deducted over $500 and are not responding to any contact attempts. Their phone number no longer works. 

**Recommendations to others considering Netkiosk:**

While quirky, it used to be a working product with reasonable security. However, for the past few months support has been non-responsive and NetKiosk started to deduct large amounts of money from my credit card. 

**What problems is Netkiosk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to use NetKiosk for a public information terminal. While quirky, it did it's job.
