**What do you like best about NEOCAST?**

Ease of Deployment and ease of use. The Neocast system is a small mini-PC, and the currnet iteration is a fanless product as well and easily deployed.  The interface is mostly self explanatory. has a good online tutorial, and customer support is easy to contact. In general it is an easy product to deploy in small to large fleets.  

**What do you dislike about NEOCAST?**

There are a few more sophisticated items available in the interface that aren't quite straightforward to setup. however the interface is constantly being improved with both new features added and older features made easier. 

**Recommendations to others considering NEOCAST:**

Would recommend this as a Digital Signage solution for 95% of all deployments from large to small. Generally Neocast was the one recommendation I constantly made to clients or potential clients looking for guidance. With the exception of a few deployments with very special requirements this product fulfills DS requirements most easily and works with the majority of types of content. 

**What problems is NEOCAST solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Neocast didn't really cause any business problems. The business advantages involved the ease of purchase, it's ease of deployment and ease of use use. Product support was also generally good. We had a long term relationship withe vendor and they were very responsive when hardware needed remote diagnosis or upgrade.
