We want to value and strengthen the commitment of our employees by allowing them to project themselves within Natixis. The skills are thus valued while giving the possibility of positioning themselves on new professional opportunities. The platform is intuitive, which makes it easier for employees to join. The engagement rate with the platform is high, and the analysis of available jobs and skills is facilitated. **What do you dislike about Neobrain?** Nothing I've come across so far has made me dislike the product. **What problems is Neobrain solving and how is that benefiting you?** Faced with the volume of internal competencies and internal offers, the challenge was to be able to make an efficient and relevant matching between competencies and offers. The challenge for the HR department was to deal with this volume of data by relying on AI. Indeed, AI allows making this first level of analysis.
