As an example, in our experience, NEI consistently pays for services within the agreed upon payment terms and often sooner, which helps us maintain a positive cash flow. I notice NEI’s Account Executive's attention to their customers, with weekly check-in calls with each of the relocating employees they assist. They get to know them personally and help find solutions to their challenges. NEI is a committed and loyal partner that is true to its mission statement and value proposition When they say it's the NEI way, it's true. Exploring the use of AI within NEI provides a more flexible approach that suits the needs of individuals, making the services feel non-generic. I'm pleased to provide our industry-leading digital cultural assessment tool, Globesmart, to all NEI employees, which is the same platform utilized in the cultural training programs for expats in partnership with NEI. I find NEI Global Relocation's openness and willingness to partner to improve a process or service incredibly valuable. This has helped both our company improve and grow over the time we have been a supplier to NEI. Their attention to detail for their account executives and constant focus on the service to the assignee is commendable. They are always thinking about how a change will impact the person being moved, meaning no one is just a number or just a client.
