Their team was very responsive to emails and questions, setting clear expectations of timelines and understanding the stress involved. Their tech platform is extremely useful, and small touches like the packet they mail to you ahead of the embassy appointment make you feel much more confident. I trust them and their advice immensely. They also do a prep call before the embassy appointment, truly showing they care. Ellis enabled me to stay working in the US on my company for the next three years, relieving a lot of worry and uncertainty about the process. I feel like I'm in very good hands with a human touch service that's also tech-enabled in all ways.
