Implementation was easy and the team offers us the support we need to move quickly. The CTO, engineers, and success staff are on slack and highly responsive to our questions and always ready to jump on a screenshare to get things done quickly and help us understand any limitations and mitigating factors. **What do you dislike about Nautical?** Because Nautical is a SaaS solution, there are times where our unique need may not be a top priority. This isn't much of an issue and we recognize that our use case is not entirely typical as we are a mobile and offer a different type of experience for customers. Overall, minor comments. As they continue to grow, things like documentation, etc. will improve and make it easier for developers on our side to interact with the product and leverage it effectively. **What problems is Nautical solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy integration with Shopify and other platforms. Lots of build in integrations that make it much easier for us to focus on building the customer experience vs. worrying about the e-commerce back end. ### 2. Customer support is great, cloud documentation and security seems good. Marketplace platform and functionality is great. **What do you dislike about Nautical?** Lacking standard features and useability out of the box (and included) versus competitor's and industry standards for online platforms. For example, accurate and working tax calculations and refunds by line items = a major and bare basics. Requiring app connection to a financial app is fine but when refunds/taxes still aren't accurate thereafter? Unacceptable. **What problems is Nautical solving and how is that benefiting you?** Multiple sellers marketplace. Helps makes commissions easier to record ### 3. They have effecient and fast response time. We have top notch communication. There's always great details and record of conversations and communication and they always follow up on timelines. **What do you dislike about Nautical?** Nautical is fantastic to work with. At times when adding features we are tied to some understandable restrictions. Meaning features we want to add are tied to if Nautical allows us or not. The benefit with working with Nautical, is they always acknowledge and appreciate our requests/feedback and work with us to add what is needed. **What problems is Nautical solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a B2B markeplace. Nautical created a unique environment for our shippers and carriers to co-exist. Marketing vehicles directly to carriers. ### 4. Having explored nearly every marketplace solution available and observed how even large players with abundant resources can stumble in their marketplace initiatives, we couldn't be happier with our choice, even almost a year into this partnership. Nautical's technology is not only flexible and scalable but also adaptable to most of our needs as a headless technology. However, what truly sets them head and shoulders above the rest is their team. They're more than just a service provider; they're our partners in every sense of the word. Whenever challenges have arisen, we've worked together seamlessly as one team to resolve them, with no runarounds.
