What do you like best about Nautical?

Nautical covers the majority of what we need as a marketplace operator, allowing us to focus on building the business vs. building and maintaining integrations and an e-commerce backend. Implementation was easy and the team offers us the support we need to move quickly.

The CTO, engineers, and success staff are on slack and highly responsive to our questions and always ready to jump on a screenshare to get things done quickly and help us understand any limitations and mitigating factors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nautical?

Because Nautical is a SaaS solution, there are times where our unique need may not be a top priority. This isn't much of an issue and we recognize that our use case is not entirely typical as we are a mobile and offer a different type of experience for customers.

Overall, minor comments. As they continue to grow, things like documentation, etc. will improve and make it easier for developers on our side to interact with the product and leverage it effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nautical?

Lacking standard features and useability out of the box (and included) versus competitor's and industry standards for online platforms. For example, accurate and working tax calculations and refunds by line items = a major and bare basics. Nautical plays a critical role in enabling us to transition to a superior unit economic business model. Having explored nearly every marketplace solution available and observed how even large players with abundant resources can stumble in their marketplace initiatives, we couldn't be happier with our choice, even almost a year into this partnership. Nautical's technology is not only flexible and scalable but also adaptable to most of our needs as a headless technology. However, what truly sets them head and shoulders above the rest is their team. They're more than just a service provider; they're our partners in every sense of the word.
