"NapoleonCat organized our workflow and improved social media management"
5/5
What do you like best about NapoleonCat.com?

An excellent tool that organized our workflow and replaced other applications.

We have been using NapoleonCat in our team for some time, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this application to anyone looking for comprehensive support in managing social media. The tool has genuinely improved our daily work in several key areas:

1. Customer service and communication in one place

The greatest convenience is undoubtedly the inbox. All tags, messages, and comments flow into one place. We don't have to switch between different platforms. A huge plus is the feature of assigning specific threads or sections to selected team members, which eliminates chaos and streamlines internal communication.

2. Automation that generates savings

Thanks to the built-in automation feature, we were able to completely abandon another paid application.

3. Content planning and reporting

The post planning module is convenient. You can prepare and schedule the entire publication grid in advance, giving the team a full overview of activities.

Additionally, creating reports is very intuitive, and the summaries themselves contain a lot of data - although I miss some. A fantastic option is the cyclicality feature - reports generate themselves, so I don't have to remember to manually download them at the end of the month.

4. Competitor analysis

The ability to monitor competitors' activities allows us to continuously analyze the market and more effectively implement and modify our own marketing strategies.

5. Customer support and onboarding

The support department deserves special mention, as they respond instantly. Thanks to their express help, we immediately solved the problem with automation configuration. Additionally, we took advantage of the onboarding training option for the team. The presentation was conducted so professionally and clearly that we didn't have to organize internal meetings to further explain the platform's functionalities to the team. What do you dislike about NapoleonCat.com?

What could work better?

The main downside is certain limitations when scheduling publications. I realize that most of them probably do not stem from NapoleonCat itself, but from restrictive policies and API limitations of external applications (Meta, TikTok).

- Lack of ability to add alternative text (ALT attribute) to images in a carousel and no option to add music to posts.

- Private messages (DM) from TikTok do not appear in the inbox.

- For Instagram Stories, there is no option to upload several tiles at once.

- When scheduling posts on Facebook, there is no option to directly schedule a link to an article.

Despite these few publication limitations, NapoleonCat is a powerful and stable tool. In the area of moderation, reports, and team organization, it is simply indispensable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saving Unified Inbox, but Automation Needs More Flexibility"
3.5/5
What do you like best about NapoleonCat.com?

NapoleonCat makes it easy to manage comments and direct messages across multiple social media accounts in one place. The unified inbox saves a lot of time because I can review and respond to interactions from different university partners without jumping between platforms. It also helps me stay organized by tagging sentiment and archiving conversations once they are handled.

The biggest benefit is the ability to monitor and respond to high volumes of comments quickly. The inbox layout makes it easy to move through messages efficiently, and the response templates help maintain a consistent brand voice while still allowing personalization. It also helps track sentiment and keep our moderation workflow organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NapoleonCat.com?

Some automation and moderation features are limited when managing multiple brands or partner accounts, so certain actions still need to be handled manually. It would also be helpful to have more flexibility in automation rules and better differentiation between ad comments and organic social interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NapoleonCat Makes Comment Moderation Easy, with Truly Responsive Support and Smart Auto-Moderation"
5/5
What do you like best about NapoleonCat.com?

What I like best about NapoleonCat is that is can integrate to TikTok Ads comments - something many tools in this space still handle poorly or not at all. Being able to moderate paid TikTok content from the same dashboard as everything else saves a lot of context-switching. The automation is genuinely useful too. Setting up auto-replies for recurring comment types noticeably reduces repetitive work, and the rules are flexible enough to handle different scenarios without becoming a maintenance headache.

But what stands out most is the support team — responsive, actually helpful, and clearly paying attention. You can tell the team listens to user feedback: features that were on the wishlist have made it into the product, and there's a sense that the roadmap reflects real user input rather than just internal priorities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NapoleonCat.com?

I'm hoping to see smarter spam filtering soon. Right now catching spam still requires some manual attention, and built-in auto-filtering — especially for comment sections on ads — would be a meaningful upgrade. I'd love to see the automation become even more flexible — more customization options and an easier setup flow would make it accessible for the whole team, not just the person who configured it initially. "Very Easy UI and Helpful Support, Though the Experience Feels Basic"
3/5
What do you like best about NapoleonCat.com?

- very easy UI

- good customer support

- easy to use

- has many features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NapoleonCat.com?

- I can't search for a specific post and manage its comments only,

- Many glitches we may face during managing the comments like photos not appearing or can't hide a comment,

- can't do bulk actions, like selecting over 100 comment and tag them all at the same time with a specific tag,

- can't duplicate a workplace, so when I created a new workplace, I had to copy paste all the tags and the saved replies,

- it glitches sometimes when I use the filters, for example, I filtered for messages assigned to an agent, and only 2 messages appeared, while there were many,

- can't deal with messages as one chat, for example: if someone started a chat with us and sent 10 messages it will appear to me as 10 messages, and then I will have to tag all 10 of them, what I prefer is to deal with it as a chat, tag it as a chat, and we the chat is over I can finish it. so when the customer sends another message days later it will be a new chat that I can again tag it or finish it.

- do not work with manychat tool, the automation messages do not appear in our Napoleoncat chat unless the customer sends a written message after going through the automation process, which causing many problems and hard to manage.

- I can't know how many messages/comments are left not worked on (not tagged),

- the report section faces some issues from time to time, it glitches or gives wrong number,

- the analytics tool is not good! it does not give me the right numbers of Instagram posts because there are boosted, and it gives me wrong numbers for competitors numbers for many reasons, either their videos on Facebook are not published as reels, or Instagram posts are boosted, or the Facebook page itself is not discovered by Napoleoncat because it's international page and separated to many pages based on location. I like the automation features and the ability to manage all social media interactions from one dashboard. The initial setup was quite easy and quick, as connecting social media accounts and configuring basic settings didn't take much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, versatile, with reliable support"
5/5
What do you like best about NapoleonCat.com?

I use NapoleonCat.com for automating conversations on social media platforms, content publishing, and moderation. It helps me automate hiding, for example, hate speech in comments and responding to clients after business hours. I greatly appreciate the help in planning publications, so I don't have to remember it. What I like most is the tool's intuitiveness, ease of use, real-time contact with support in case of doubts, and multifunctionality. This allows me to automatically respond to messages outside of working hours, automatically hide negative comments, and plan posts on Facebook and Instagram for the entire month in advance. I easily integrated it with profiles and also easily add new users from my company to manage Napoleon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Social Media Management and Time Savings"
5/5
What do you like best about NapoleonCat.com?

The organization of everything. I have all of my SM platforms in one area, and I can go from platform to platform to go over reviews & comments without having to go to my individual SM accounts. I can do whatever action I need(reply, archive, delete, report user, whatever) and go onto the next one. Probably cuts down on the time by at least 50%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NapoleonCat.com?

Once in a while I'll get an alert that I can't delete a post for a reason I don't understand. There is a lag time for deleting stuff that there isn't when I simply archive a post, but I'm not sure this is a NapoleonCat issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smart Auto-Moderation, Average Publishing, Time-Saver with Room to Grow"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NapoleonCat.com?

Auto-moderation saves time: auto-replies, hiding, tagging.

One inbox for comments, messages, and reviews.

Many channels in one place (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, app stores).

Clear analytics and scheduled reports.

AI helps catch spam and hate.

All-in-one tool for teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NapoleonCat.com?

Pricing can add up as you add profiles or users.

The UI can feel busy until you learn your way around.

Auto-moderation rules need careful setup and testing.

Reporting is solid, but deep customization is limited.

Publishing tools are fine, but not as advanced as some rivals.

Mobile experience is okay, not great for heavy workflows.

Onboarding takes time if you manage many brands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
