  ### 1. Best Support Team & Easy to Use Site!

**What do you like best about myTRS?**

The support team - they are easily accessible and quick to respond. They always have examples of how to set up the site in different formats because of their past experience and their customer's best practices forum!

**What do you dislike about myTRS?**

The only thing we would want to do differently is to further customize the colors on the website to match our client's branding. 

**What problems is myTRS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use mytrs for Volunteer Recruitment and Management. We've also used mytrs for tour registration and payment. It's the best format for volunteer management compared to any other platform we've used in the past and we love that we have the flexibility to set up registration in many different ways including specialty groups, group registration, etc. The communication and notification tools are time-saving on our end and make it easy to notify and remind attendees of changes and/or requirements in advance via email or text message. The waiver is convenient and easy to drop in terms, we don't have to pay to print copies and collect waivers in person or on another website.

**What do you like best about myTRS?**

The site is easy to use for a variety of event sizes and types. Depending on the event, our volunteer needs range from less than 50 to thousands and it's an excellent tool to keep everyone organized. 

**What do you dislike about myTRS?**

The mobile site is limited at this time, but there are plans to expand. 

**What problems is myTRS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use mytrs for volunteer recruitment and onsite event shift management as well as administratively for internal reports. We are able to run events throughout the year that require a small amount of volunteers and shifts as well as a huge event that requires thousands of volunteers and shifts. Being able to use the same system regardless of the size of the event is very important since our event schedule ranges. 

We also have the ability to track volunteer's history and use those when tracking and presenting metrics. Being able to see what percent of our database has done 2 or more events is important for our volunteer program.

The thing I liked the most was the amount of information that I had access to. This made my event run extremely smooth.

**What do you dislike about myTRS?**

There was nothing that I disliked while using MyTRS.

**Recommendations to others considering myTRS:**

The system is very easy to run and if you run into any problems, the customer service at MyTRS is amazing and always willing to help.

**What problems is myTRS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This system helped me recruit, organize, and manage my event and all of its volunteers. It provided USA Diving a stress-free way to manage 100+ volunteers over the course of our 7-day event.
