**What do you like best about MyTalent?**

It has a modern look to it and it is customizable to your companies colors, look, and logo

**What do you dislike about MyTalent?**

I find it has to navigate. I always end up clicking in a bunch of different places to get where I want to go. This may be due to my lack of regular use.

**What problems is MyTalent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking of staff members training and training sign-up
