How they have changed dramatically over the years since they were sold to Prodege, LLC, the Parent Company of Swagbucks. Customer service is much worse than getting them to answer at times. Fewer points for watching videos and reading emails. It is harder to accomplish bonuses like Bingo, a 7-day challenge with requirements that are sometimes harder to complete, especially with ones that require a confirmation that many times take longer than the allotted time to complete the bonus. UPDATE: even worse now, unless you're spending money to earn points, you're wasting your time with them. even the merchants that i like to order from, walmart and amazon has very little value to order from through their link, i am sure they are getting big commissions for having us use that link but they both put in lots of restrictions to earn points, they don't give you for the regular items you buy many time, but wants you buy form depts that you only buy from once in a while so little payout.
