"Horrible Experience"

What do you like best about Mynd Management?

One of the managers was kind but really hard to get a hold of as well as most of the team and overall they just care about their company and not about our experience as property owners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mynd Management?

It took forever for them to find a tenant eventually they found one they backed out and then found another one and then they want it back out and we had to pay over $500 in damages in addition to all of the property management fees totaling over $1800. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Mynd Management:

We had a horrible experience with them as our property manager. Don't trust any of their guarantees, they do not back them up. They were impossible to get a hold of. Run away. I expected so much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
