**What do you like best about Mynd Management?**

nothing, they don't care about customers

**What do you dislike about Mynd Management?**

the lack of care, not reading to simple messages and accepting that their employees do nothing.

**What problems is Mynd Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

they are supposed to be property management, however, they cant finish onboarding, because a simple form is not working.

communiction is horrible. Proparty manger is rude

They are not solving any issues - they create more problems

**What do you like best about Mynd Management?**

One of the managers was kind but really hard to get a hold of as well as most of the team and overall they just care about their company and not about our experience as property owners.

**What do you dislike about Mynd Management?**

It took forever for them to find a tenant eventually they found one they backed out and then found another one and then they want it back out and we had to pay over $500 in damages in addition to all of the property management fees totaling over $1800.

**Recommendations to others considering Mynd Management:**

We had a horrible experience with them as our property manager. Don't trust any of their guarantees, they do not back them up. They were impossible to get a hold of. Run away. I expected so much better.

**What problems is Mynd Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Little to no benefits and hoping that someone would property manage one of our single-family homes

Nothing, they're horrible - don't use them.

**What do you dislike about Mynd Management?**

Inattentive and incompetent - they don't answer your emails in a timely manner and they're so understaffed it's ridiculous.

**What problems is Mynd Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have more problems with Mynd now then I had before hand.
