However I like most of the features provided especially the accessibility to overall treatment plans. **What problems is MyCarePlan solving and how is that benefiting you?** My care plan is solving the problem of accessibility and organization. By outlining the plan online and offering telehealth this promotes individuals to receive care quickly and they have access to their documents at times which is helpful. ### 2. I recommend it to my younger patients because it makes everything much smoother with communication and it has scheduling messaging and even bill payments for outstanding balance. **What do you dislike about MyCarePlan?** I find that many of my patients of the older demographic or those who are not tech savvy just struggle with getting things off the ground for the app. Making and account and confirming seems to have them giving up at early points. Additionally, they complaint that there are glitches and the app does not work at all. **What problems is MyCarePlan solving and how is that benefiting you?** MyCarePlan is helping me get in communication with my patients easily and helping with communication, treatment plans, and keeping me in contact so I can know their progress. ### 3. Most of the tabs are located at the top and easy to be seen easily. **What do you dislike about MyCarePlan?** The color scheme is boring and is not exciting to look at. It may be different for other companies, but the one I use is mostly just a white screen and very little color. **What problems is MyCarePlan solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easy for me to see multiple visits and applicable data without having to spend too much time looking for it. With only a few clicks, you can find almost everything related to a specific date. ### 4.
