**What do you like best about My Patient Messages?**

My tech company has many medical and dental practices. They are always looking for a solution for patient messaging and this is it. It is easy to onboard the client and then their receptionist takes it from there.

**What do you dislike about My Patient Messages?**

There have been a few messages from patients that seem to have not gotten through the system, but on the whole it's very helpful and works well.

**What problems is My Patient Messages solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patients need to message their providers quickly and easily. Spending too much time on the phone on hold is not good. This allows for quick flow of messaging back and forth - fully HIPAA compliant.
