I love Mural's intuitive interface and collaborative features. It makes teamwork seamless, even in remote settings, and helps visualize ideas effectively. The flexibility and ease of use are what make it stand out for me. I especially appreciate its mind mapping and process mapping tools, which make brainstorming and structuring workflows incredibly efficient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall, I really enjoy using Mural, but there are a few areas for improvement. Sometimes, the performance can slow down with larger boards, making navigation a bit sluggish. Additionally, better integration with other collaboration tools would enhance the experience even more. A more intuitive way to manage large and complex process maps could also be helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
