What do you like best about Mural?

Mural is interface is designed for ease of use. I have been able to create custom boards tailored for strategy, problem-solving, idea validation, evaluation, and team alignment. I use Mural every month for both remote and in-person workshops. The platform’ has built-in features for facilitators that make running sessions smooth and engaging. Being able to export and share board content in different formats is a huge advantage, making it easy to share workshop artefacts with client after the workshop. What do you dislike about Mural?

What problems is Mural solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mural is helping me solve the challenge of effective collaboration and engagement in remote or in-person workshops by ensuring that participants can contribute meaningfully, stay aligned, and work visually in real time. In addition, Mural simplifies workshop preparation, execution, and follow-up with its templates, built-in facilitation tools, and export options, making it easier to document and share insights with clients. What do you like best about Mural?

A feature I turn to often is the integrated voting sessions—Mural let us prioritize ideas democratically and quickly spot the strongest proposals.
