**What do you like best about MuniLogic?**

This software is configurable as per our industry needs and cost savings. Effective dashboard insights and proven Data security.
User friendly and compatible UI

**What do you dislike about MuniLogic?**

Notifications and recommendations can be more effective

Helps is managing admin work

**What do you like best about MuniLogic?**

Munilogic is a specific piece of software for municipal data management. in is SQL based and is fairly customizable. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. They are always available, and support is wrapped into the fee. 

**What do you dislike about MuniLogic?**

It is still a fairly limited system. Navigation is a little clunky, it takes a lot of clicks to get data entered in, and it isn't very intuitive. There are also still some glitches they are working out. 

**What problems is MuniLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are tracking permit and business licenses using Munilogic, we are also creating an online portal for customers to apply for, track, and pay for their permits and licenses. This is bringing city operations into the 21st century.

**What do you like best about MuniLogic?**

For anything pertaining to property,management,documentation mapping and zoning and putting all filters together and creating a report this is perfect without any hassle and quite fast as well and i like the ability to control administration features as well

**What do you dislike about MuniLogic?**

But for data conversion and other modularity it does not fare well and requires a lot of performance and fine tuning optimization to go along with it

**What problems is MuniLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementation and assessment along with IT services and support,also gets rid of the unwanted additional hardware tools attached to the support
