Munilogic is a specific piece of software for municipal data management. in is SQL based and is fairly customizable. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. They are always available, and support is wrapped into the fee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MuniLogic? It is still a fairly limited system. Navigation is a little clunky, it takes a lot of clicks to get data entered in, and it isn't very intuitive. There are also still some glitches they are working out. We are tracking permit and business licenses using Munilogic, we are also creating an online portal for customers to apply for, track, and pay for their permits and licenses.
