# How responsive has Multiplier Employer of Record support been for pay concerns?

I have found the chat agents really helpful and able to resolve concerns quickly. So far I have not run into issues, and they were able to process special payouts immediately when pay concerns came up. For others using Multiplier Employer of Record, how has support handled payroll-related questions or special payouts for you?
