I've struggled in the past when it came to being paid by clients worldwide for my freelance work. Most of the other companies we attempted to use had restrictions that made receiving payment a time-consuming, cumbersome, and often annoying process, so I'm glad Multiplier doesn't suffer from these woes. I like to reach out to Sunny in particular whenever I have problems. And while I'm sure all the Multiplier staff are professionals, I like how prompt and friendly Sunny is when addressing my issues. There's always very little time wasted in resolving any problems I may have (thanks again, Sunny!). When it comes to usage, the platform's intuitive interface means I know exactly where to go without worrying about landing on the wrong page or feature.
